When we are introduced to a prospective caregiver, we initiate our 25-Point Caregiver Screening Process. Highlights of the intensive screening process are:

When the caregiver has successfully completed our rigorous screening process, we add the caregiver to our elite caregiver registry and begin referring the caregiver to our clients who have care needs that match the caregiver’s capabilities, personality and schedule availability. We monitor, on an ongoing basis, each of our registered caregiver’s professional qualifications and encourage them to maintain up-to-date credentials with our agency at all times.

We monitor each of our registered caregiver’s job performance via regular communication with our client families and we accept nothing less than the best caregiver performance. We work hard to assure that our client families are completely satisfied with our referred caregiver’s service and any client complaint (which is rare) is dealt with directly and deliberately. The bottom line is simply this: any caregiver who does not satisfy our client family does not satisfy our agency and that caregiver is subject to potential removal from our registry.
