Initiating CareBest service is fast and easy:
If your need is urgent, our service can often be initiated
the same day you contact us. We are ready to serve you.
Registration:
When you contact us, our CareBest staff will develop a concise
understanding of your needs and describe our service and current
rates (caregiver rate ranges and agency fees) in detail.
If you decide that CareBest is right for you,
as over 1800 other families have done to date,
your registration will be accomplished quickly
and easily either by mail, in person, by email,
or by fax with your completion and return of our
Registration Form and Service Agreement
and your payment of a modest, annually-renewable
registration fee.
Service:
When you register with CareBest, we immediately
mail you our customized CareBest Welcome Pack
which empowers you to interview, negotiate compensation,
hire and employ a professional caregiver. Our
CareBest staff initiates our 100-caregiver registry
search to identify the caregiver or caregivers
who best fit your specific tasking and scheduling
needs.
Our staff contacts you with our registry search
results to describe to you the best-match caregiver
or caregivers. Then, with your approval, the caregiver
is put in contact with you for a telephone and
onsite interview with you and your family.
The caregiver you hire will serve you based upon the tasking and scheduling
that you require and you will pay the caregiver at the pay rate and on the
pay schedule that you and your caregiver have mutually agreed upon. The agency’s
modest referral fees (which are among the most affordable in the industry)
will be invoiced monthly.
Should you need additional caregivers, fill-in caregivers or replacement
caregivers or our assistance and consultation on any care management matter,
our agency staff is ready to serve you. We work hard for our clients and
we strive to be the best!
